Our Mission

Our mission is to define workforce mobility in field workforce management and execution. Our team has created and built a solution to transform the execution process for field workers and the management process for leaders who would rather know instead of wonder.

One by Movista, our proprietary app-based solution, is brining efficiency, accountability, and excellence to the field workforce management and execution processes. One, used for tracking, verifying, and reporting field activity, delivers unprecedented value to many industries including Retail and Animal Health.

One supports all sizes and sorts of teams from two user to ten thousand. We are continually optimizing our solution for every industry with a workforce in the field. Look for your industry here.

Our Journey

In 2007, Stan Zylowski and April Seggebruch, met while attending the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton School of Business.Both retail veterans, Zylowski and Seggebruch, has a dream to revolutionize field workforce management and the execution process so they took the entrepreneurial plunge and quit their corporate jobs.

In May 2010, they paired together to form the SaaS firm, Movista LLC, in Bentonville, Arkansas and created the field workforce management solution, One by Movista.
Only four years later, Movista is in a hyper growth phase. We have twenty-eight employees and have no plans to stop hiring anytime soon.

Our Responsibility

Movista is a socially responsible company. We know that with great privilege comes great responsibility so we are determined to give back to our community and the world as a whole.

Most recently, ten of our employees did the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. We were able to donate over five hundred dollars to the ALS Foundation.

We look forward to becoming more involved in the community as well as giving our time, efforts, and donations to those in need.
